About Taylaur'd

Hi! I’m Lauren — the founder of Taylaur’d.

I’ve always loved styling clothes and finding new ways to express my creativity through fashion. Putting outfits together has been something I’ve enjoyed for as long as I can remember, whether that meant styling a diet coke box or accessorizing to the max (see images below LOL)! Over time, that passion grew into the dream of starting my own boutique.

That dream really started in high school when I completed a senior project about future careers. As part of the project, I had the chance to learn from a mentor in the fashion industry, and it gave me my first real look into the world behind the clothes. From that experience on, I knew fashion was something I wanted to pursue.

I went on to study fashion merchandising in college, where I learned more about garment construction, fabrics, fibers, and the details that make clothing truly well-made. That experience helped refine my eye for quality and shape the standards I bring to the pieces I choose for the boutique.

Now based in St. Petersburg, Florida, I’m constantly inspired by the vibrant and creative culture around me. My personal style has always leaned playful but chic. I love pieces that feel fun but remain effortless. 

That’s exactly what I wanted Taylaur’d to be. A place where women can find fun statement pieces that elevate their closets and help them feel confident in their style. Every item in the boutique is thoughtfully curated with quality and uniqueness in mind.

I am so excited to share this journey, and I couldn't be more grateful for all of the support I've received thus far.
